I love this outfit for three reasons: it's cute & comfy, it's a perfect transition to fall ensemble, and it's an accurate depiction of how my style has altered in the past year. Let's talk transitioning to fall first. I am without doubt a summer girl at heart. I live for sunny days and dining al fresco ♥ With that being said… I hate to admit that I morph into that incredibly cliché white girl when autumn rolls around. You know, the girl who gets overly excited for PSLs, chunky sweaters, and fiery orange leaves? Well I'm one of them. Ha! So I'm ready for the transition as you can tell by the way I paired my neutral fall pieces with my highlighter pink dress. This never would have crossed my mind a year ago, but today it seemed like a no brainer.
I'm officially deeming this Velvet by Graham and Spencer cargo vest my go-to and number one necessity for fall this year. I realize that's a mighty big statement, but I'm going to stand by it. So keep an eye out for my vest popping up a lot on the blog in the next few months!
